• Support of our Fleet Management Team with invoice processing (forwarding, checking, recording, digitally filing) and processing expense reimbursements as well as in the final settlement of leasing contracts (checking, recording, digitally filing)
• Archiving various documents in the digital vehicle folders
• Scanning and sending calculations, orders, etc.
• Support in checking and approving (damage and reduced value) invoices.
• Support in processing and advising internal customer inquiries (email / telephone)
• Support in the preparation of vehicles and documents for handover to the user
• Supporting current projects in the context of digitalization and process optimization, e.g., introduction of new fleet management software or the eMobility concept
• Support in revising existing processes and guidelines, e.g., updating the Company Car Policy
• Revision of intranet pages, knowledge databases and SharePoints

• You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in (International) Business Administration or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on computer science (IT supported) or project management. You are “up-to-date” in the digital environment and have a high affinity for vehicles and mobility.
• You are well organized and structured, and you have creative as well as analytical skills combined with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
• You have excellent Office 365 skills, ideally you have first experience within development of easy digital solutions like workflows or apps, power apps and with SAP.
• You can work both autonomously and, in a team, you are self-confident with great communication skills to manage diverse relationships and stakeholders.
• You are outspoken and you have a competent and communicative appearance and a keen perception.
• You are available for at least one year, before your graduation or studies abroad.
• You are fluent in German and English.
