Aufgaben- Setting and implementation of standards and best practices amongst the IT Ops, monitoring and service desk teams
- Managing all IT outsourcing partners, conducting vendor meetings and documenting and controlling vendor performance
- Supporting the CIO in definition and implementation of a policy framework for IT Operations
- Responsibility for recertification of documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Implementation of IAM across internal applications
- Performance management of IT Ops, Monitoring and Service desk and Market Ops teams
- University degree with a background in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in a financial institution or regulated environment required
- Experience in managing team members
- Certified ITIL is beneficial
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies beneficial
- Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
- Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
- Excellent German and English skills
- Work with experts from the digital assets / crypto industry
