Guided by the Office Manager, general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the officeSupporting with research, templates, draft policies and ideas to improve internal processesManaging the inventory and keeping relevant overviews and systems up-to-dateOversight of office supplies including placing orders and following up with suppliersManaging general e-mail inboxes, answering the central office phone number, handling the mail and ordering courier services as neededTravel management (from planning and booking to expense claims) for the Senior Management TeamSupporting the programmes in the preparation of business trips for larger groups of project team membersReviewing travel expense claims for the wider teamSupporting our programme teams with the preparation and organisation of national/international events and workshopsSupporting the organisation/planning of small internal and external meetings
