Join an international customer experience team supporting global digital platforms across industries including technology solutions, e-commerce, risk & fraud prevention, and insurance services.

We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents for several exciting international projects in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience across different platforms and services.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a dynamic multicultural environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in German
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, account questions, and troubleshooting
  • Handle customer cases with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve issues following platform guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • C1/C2 German (mandatory)
  • English B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems

Additional project-specific advantages:

  • Experience or knowledge in digital marketing or web design
  • Experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or e-commerce support
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Work Schedules

Schedules vary depending on the project:

Sunday – Friday | 05:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Saturday + 1 rotational day

Uber support up to €25 for early shifts

Monday – Sunday | 08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)

2 rotational days off

Monday – Friday | 07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Weekends off

Monday – Sunday | 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shifts)

Future possibility of 24/7 operations

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months

Additional bonuses depending on project:

Performance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)

Attendance Bonus: up to €180/month (11 months)
