Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)Type: Full-time | Permanent
Schedule: 40h/week (8h/day | 5 days/week, rotational)
Relocation Support: Available for the Candidates who have EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access

What You'll Do- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and technical-related issues
- Provide clear and efficient solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Eligibility:
- EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access
- Monthly: €1,500 gross + performance bonus
- Annual: €21,000 – €23,000 gross (14 salaries + bonus potential)
- 14 salaries (including Easter & holiday bonuses)
- Performance bonus
