The Customer Experience team at Allianz Technology is responsible for measuring and enhancing the Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction of the services and projects provided by Allianz Technology SE. We conduct and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement and follow-up activities.

We are seeking an analytical-thinking intern to support our specialists in these strategic activities, utilizing state-of-the-art tools. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of internal enhancement projects driven by our team, providing you with the opportunity to develop skills in applied project management and business analysis.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Allianz Technology's customer obsession initiative and engage with global and local colleagues from various departments within Allianz Technology. You will also gain insights into the operational setup of the Allianz organization.
What you do- Provide assistance in project management tasks related to Customer Experience
- Develop and oversee small projects independently
- Undertake autonomous work tasks with a high degree of responsibility
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather data and prepare progress reports
- Support the team in preparing and following up on meetings (e.g., presentations, organization)
- Analyze the service portfolio of Allianz Technology
- Analyze customer-driven data to identify patterns and derive actions using tools such as PowerBI and GPT
- Prepare detailed reports for the executive management team (EMT), highlighting key customer trends and insights to inform strategic planning and operational adjustments
- In the final year of your studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in preferred study areas such as Economics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Information Systems, Business IT, or (Industrial) Engineering
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced analytical skills
- Personal integrity and self-motivation
- High degree of commitment and enthusiasm
- Interest in working at an IT service provider in the insurance/reinsurance business
- Strong teamwork skills and intercultural experience
- Available to start immediately and interested in a full-time (38h/week) internship for 4 to 6 months
