Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin

Your Tasks:

• Analyze, interpret, and report on the performance of various processes and business units
• Manage budgeting and controlling of financial, operational, and management activities in collaboration with other departments
• Design, develop, and monitor key financial and non-financial performance metrics
• Propose and communicate strategies to improve business performance and support growth
• Enhance the existing reporting system and optimize controlling processes
• Develop new functionalities and reports within Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and support long-term business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational success

Your Profile:

• A strong educational background in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous professional experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with BI technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, is an advantage
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• A systematic, proactive, and independent approach to work
• Proficiency in English and German
