Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for an eCommerce Customer & Shopper Marketing Manager for our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate our portfolio of eCommerce business customers to deliver winning instore plans that drive profitable growth and become fastest growing in our global Karo universe, establishing a category leadership in DACH
- Manage integrational (digital) projects that serve our route-to-market execution
- Manage & Develop our eCommerce DACH+CE customer landscape, growing faster than the market
- Drive fast adoption of winning A+ content, assortment, ratings and reviews, search term optimization
- Retail Media Planning & Execution while ongoing recap with the customers and analyzing ex-pos activities and adapted actual and future activity plans on major DACH+CE eCommerce Customers
- Continuously develop and expand your capabilities, drive best-practice sharing within Karo Healthcare local & global
- Identification of new trends and technologies in eCommerce and their implementation
- Based on the brand strategy, execution of NPD’s by the eCommerce customers, adaptation of strategies to different target groups
- Generate Activities concepts in close cooperation with the Brand Manager (Local & Global Marketing) as well as general project management in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Single Point of Contact for Internal CARS Reporting, Customers and Activity Reviews, Regularly review and update content on platforms from the Customers
- Budgeting, planning and controlling of customer and brand specific strategies
- Analyse the online presence of the Karo Healthcare brands on the eCommerce platforms (Online Pharmacies, amazon) based on relevant online shop KPIs and drive targeted initiatives for improvement
- Implementation of initial market research projects for the e-commerce, from conception to analysis, preparation and interpretation of the study results as well as presentation at customer meetings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in eCommerce marketing, preferably in the consumer healthcare, beauty care, or FMCG sectors
- Fluent in German and English
- Winning eCommerce tactical experience combined with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of how consumer good P&L’s work and how they can be influenced
- Proven proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth with the ability to drive several parallel projects and to mix strategy and tactics
- Hunger to set up new business, and patience to manage existing accounts while staying calm under pressure
