What You’ll Do:
As our Key Account Manager, you’ll shape the future of our EMEA distribution strategy, driving business growth and managing trusted partnerships across our Fossil Group portfolio. From leading strategic roadmaps to creating winning promotional initiatives, your impact will be felt far and wide.

Expect to travel occasionally, ensuring hands-on engagement with our key accounts.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in sync with our Head of Sales.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver quarterly business insights.
  • Manage inventory and assortment with a data-driven focus, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Guide our partners to maximize portfolio sales by implementing and adhering to Fossil's guidelines for excellence at the point of sale.
  • Be the face of Fossil in key markets, championing our values and driving success.

Who You Are:

You’re an inspiring, results-driven professional with a knack for analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Fluent in English, you're passionate about innovation, adaptable, and thrive in diverse, international settings. Retail experience and familiarity with sales strategies at the point of sale are highly valued.

Experience with SAP and Excel is preferred, and knowledge of fashion products is a plus.
