Marketing Specialist (f/m/x) – Distribution EMEA Region

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and multicultural environment? As a Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead in shaping and delivering regional trade marketing strategies for EMEA Distribution partners. Collaborating with global, regional, and local teams, you'll design impactful campaigns and ensure seamless execution across online and in-store retail channels.

• Develop 360° marketing strategies that align with regional budgets, global brand objectives, and local business goals.
• Oversee and manage marketing plans and budgets in close collaboration with distribution partners across all Fossil Group brands.
• Design creative and tailored marketing concepts for the EMEA region while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate for success with Key Account Managers, Global Marketing, Design, and Distribution Partners.
• Build strong partnerships with Distribution partners and foster collaboration with colleagues, markets, and agencies, while staying ahead of trends and integrating retail marketing innovations.

• Experienced in trade, shopper, retail marketing, or eCommerce roles (minimum 5 years).
• Skilled in retail, wholesale, and digital marketing tactics.
• Creative and results-driven with strong critical thinking skills.
• A team player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and always striving for improvement.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ready to travel within the EMEA region.
