We are seeking a skilled Worksoft Test Automation Architect to join our dynamic team in a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of test automation frameworks, specifically with Worksoft, and will have exceptional client interaction skills.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities, as you will be central in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions for our clients.
Your role:
In the role of an SAP Test Automation Architect, you will own the engagement and deliverables for Test Automation, some of the key tasks are listed below- Design, develop, and implement Worksoft test automation frameworks and strategies to meet client-specific needs
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert advice and best practices in test automation to stakeholders
- Ensure scalable and robust test automation architectures.
- Drive and Own AI related use cases implementation in Testing
- Test Planning and Execution
- Effort estimation of Test Automation Task
- Ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
- Continuously assess and improve automation processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Experience in SAP Testing
- Experience in Independently managing and Leading the SAP Worksoft Test Automation Projects
- Proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) methodologies.
- Experience in Integration of Worksoft with ALM tools
- Must have implemented Lights out testing using CTM
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale automation projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
