Your mission

• You plan and design decision-relevant (digital) content along the customer journey of target customers to generate demand and leads.
• You adapt content to target customers and ensure that it is distributed through the appropriate touchpoints (e.g., social media, SEA, etc.).
• You are responsible for further developing our marketing strategies and brand positioning.
• You plan, create, and execute high-performing email campaigns to (re)activate target audiences.
• You conceptualize, prepare, and oversee trade show appearances, as well as events and conferences.
• You maintain constant communication with specialized departments to effectively address target groups and implement sales-oriented marketing measures.
• You create content such as brochures, flyers, texts, images, and video edits, sometimes independently.
• You manage our external agencies and service providers.

• You have a degree in communications, journalism, or a comparable field.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience and feel at home in the field of content or creative marketing.
• Ideally, you have industry experience in software or in an agency environment and bring knowledge in B2B marketing.
• You are proficient in the conception and application of content marketing strategies and have a good sense of storytelling and target audience communication.
• You are highly self-motivated, work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You are competent in using marketing tools such as CMS (Wordpress) and CRM tools (Hubspot)
• You are fluent in both German and English at a C2 level.
