What is the opportunity?

You support the investment and corporate banking team competently and carefully in organizational and administrative matters. Together with the Executive Assistant, you will manage the Frankfurt office and form the perfect team in which all threads come together and act as an important communication interface between management, customers, service providers and international colleagues.

What will you do?
  • Comprehensive appointment and travel management
  • Expense management
  • Close cooperation with the international branches
  • Support at customers and recruiting events as well as internal events
  • Communication with customers
  • Office management tasks
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
  • Assistant experience in a similar environment (finance or consulting industry)
  • Confident mastery of MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Independent, fast, and structured work
  • Willingness to actively think and take responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and experience in an international environment
  • Competent and professional appearance
  • Team player
Nice to have
  • Completed commercial training, ideally in office management
