Responsibilities- Monitor user-generated content across various social media platforms in German.
- Review, approve, or reject content based on community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Identify and report trends in user behavior and content quality.
- Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes.
- Provide feedback to clients regarding content policies and user issues.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital communication trends and user engagement strategies.
