We are filling the following position for a global company in the field of construction materials which is running its digital hub in Munich:

Web Analytics Manager (m/f/d) Adobe Analytics

• Definition and execution of global web analytics strategies to analyze traffic, track campaigns, and report KPIs
• Monitoring and adjusting web analytics processes across multiple countries and digital platforms
• Discussing business and user requirements with various stakeholders
• Implementing improvements in Adobe Analytics in collaboration with external agencies
• Utilizing top-tier web analytics tools and dashboards to monitor, report, and optimize web performance
• Empowering digital marketers through training while aligning and managing data layer adjustments

• Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or comparable education
• Proven experience (4-5 years) and track record in web analytics and data layer configuration
• Proficiency in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Deep understanding of KPIs, reports and dashboards and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• A sharp analytical mindset and good communication skills
• Very good project management skills (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Monday etc.)
• Business fluent in English

• Salary range of 80.000 – 100.000 € p.a.
• 40 working hours per week, 30 days of vacation
