What you'll need:

• Professional experience or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (m/w/d) System Integration.
• Prior experience in 2nd Level IT Support and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in common software applications and relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English.
