The Finance Operations Business Partnering (BP) team is seeking a Finance
Manager (mfd) who will be a key member of the worldwide Retail BP team. This
individual will be located in Munich and the primary business support function
to manage finance operations order-to-cash (O2C) processes. Our team is
focused on reducing and eliminating defects within the O2C process which
impact customers and vendors. We advocate for global improvements through
technology and partnering with various teams to define, design, and prioritize
those enhancements in the ordering, fulfillment, billing collection and
dispute resolution processes with vendors. This position requires the
candidate to diagnose current Amazon processes and metrics, identify
opportunities, work with business partners to identify toolssystems

Key job responsibilitiesYou will be a key player of a team comprised of high performing operations
excellence and finance professionals to drive upstream systems and process
initiatives which improve the quality and accuracy of data to bill our
vendors. We are looking for an experienced FinanceProgram Manager to partner
with our upstream business and technical teams to- Drive program objectives – provide program management to define project
- Scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with
- Define key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level
- Negotiate efficient and reliable processes and policies across partner
- Work cross-organizationally and functionally to identify key opportunities
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience in building financial and operational reportsdata sets that
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience in Excel with advanced proficiency (pivots, lookups, etc.)
- Bachelors degree in business economics, engineering, analytics,
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and
- Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the
- Experience working with senior staff (e.g., c-suite)
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e
