Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Lead and implement 3D-related projects with a focus on digital fabrics and trimmings and render pipelines in context with the HUGO BOSS 3D Strategy
• Identify strategic opportunities, recognise and analyse problems, develop and implement innovative technology and sustainable solutions in coordination with 3D experts
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards while identifying and mitigating risks associated
• Responsible to ensure the timely delivery of 3D material assets required for our digital showrooms, directly supporting seasonal net sales across multiple brands
• Guarantee interdivisional quality assurance of 3D material assets in daily business operations
• Implement and be responsible of resource, timeline and capacity planning as part of seasonal digital materials development process
• Oversee and optimize internal and external processes and workflows related to seasonal 3D material asset creation
• Develop and implement concepts for analyses and tracking, ensuring effective execution

Das ist dein Profil:

• Proven experience and track record in managing 3D projects, preferably within the fashion or textile industry
• Strong lateral leadership and networking skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in digital fabric and trimming creation and quality assurance
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute tracking and analysis concepts
• Strong organizational and planning skills, particularly in resource management
• Good communication skills, especially in dealing with different business levels and external partners
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to deal with change and work independently
• Knowledge in software applications e.g. CLO 3D and Adobe Substance desirable
• Fluent written and spoken English
