We are looking for a Project Coordinator Global Store Design Execution (m/f/d) to join and to strengthen our Global Store Design department.

What you can expect:

• Project assistance for the inventory and replenishment management of global Visual Merchandise Products (VMPs) such as hangers, mannequins and displays
• Coordination of interfaces between internal departments and external partners, including communication with our worldwide subsidiaries.
• Creation and maintenance of master data.
• Creating of Excel Tools and analysis
• Support the project managers of our team in the global rollout of seasonal window displays for all our ~500 stores globally
• Conducting budget variance analyses, creating invoices and credit notes and placing orders.
• Creation of timelines, presentations and process overviews

Your profile:

• Specialist training or bachelors in a relevant economic degree as well as 2+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong time management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Good general MS Office skills especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Passion for working in an international surrounding
• High level of team work, self-employed, structured and a responsible way of working
• SAP knowledge
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Fluent German is an advantage.
