- experience
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in production planning or a similar role
- Strong expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling production processes
- Solid background in manufacturing, particularly with dynamic planning during prototyping and series ramp-up
- Proficiency with ERP tools (experience with INFOR is a plus)
- Proven track record in project management
- Fluent in English
- Strong initiative and ownership, with the ability to implement improvement ideas
- Excellent team player with analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
