Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking clients in planning and booking their dream travel experiences in Greece.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Resolve any travel-related inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and changes within the travel industry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
