Our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen is looking for a committed Contract Manager in Purchasing with the ability to quickly recognise and precisely analyse contractual relationships. The gross annual salary is between €70,000 and €80,000 and the position is initially limited to 12 months.

- Drafting and implementation of standard contracts with relevant economic, commercial, technological, legal and risk management requirements
- Review, adaptation and further development of existing procurement contracts
- Preparation, drafting and negotiation of contract annexes and binding agreements
- Conducting a legal analysis of contractual agreements in the event of discrepancies or potential disputes with suppliers
- Preparation and management of contract negotiations together with the Procurement Commodity Buyers
- Signing the Contract Validation Form with important contract contents, deviations, risks and opportunities
- Supporting other departments with expertise in contract analysis, development and negotiation
- Development of training materials for the Procurement Academy as well as coaching and on-the-job training for junior buyers in the areas of contract management and negotiation techniques
- Degree in law or business administration as a solid foundation for the tasks in procurement and contract management
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, legal affairs and contract management
- Experience with Google Workspace an advantage
- Business fluent in English for effective communication with international partners and suppliers
- Existing work permit for the EU
