A job that inspires:
- Administrative and organizational support to the department head, the team and support other teams within Group Finance where necessary
- You will ensure a professional and efficient office organization and administration
- You organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls and video conferences, both externally (e.g. banks) and internally
- You fluently communicate in both English and German via Teams, Phone and emails, both externally and internally
- You do travel planning and booking
- You will take care of the onboarding/offboarding processes
- You organize and work on various special tasks, such as the annual bankers’ day
- You support and work closely with the management and the team in day-to-day business
A convincing background:
- You have at least successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable educational background
- You are an experience assistant in a comparable position
- You have a high degree of integrity, motivation, reliability, independence and flexibility
- You are resilient and have the ability to work under time pressure
- You appreciate open communication
- You are able to work in an international context on a global level and you are fluent in both German and English
- You are well trained on all MS Office package applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You work together with other assistants in a harmonized way and take over/ divide work when necessary (i.e. vacations, etc.)
