• Process customer service and debt collection emails
• Limited contract (12-24 months)
• Working on a part-time basis (20-40 hours per week)
• Flexible working times, weekends if desired

• Fluent German
• Very good English skills (English is our working language)
• Other languages are a plus
• Good MS Office skills
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Flexible to carry out different tasks
• Ideally, previous experience in Online Customer Service
