• Business administration degree and several years of experience in customer service in an international sales environment with a strong customer and service focus
• Good knowledge of computer software such as ERP systems and CRM, e.g. Sales Force
• Good knowledge of business German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• G37 investigation
• Ability to communicate by telephone, email and in person, in a multicultural environment
• Good team player, ability to work independently and develop personal initiatives, great learning flexibility as well as proactive attitude and openness
• Strong administrative skills for example, very organized
