About the Role

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and optimizing accounting processes within a dynamic international environment.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and reconciliations in compliance with German financial regulations.
• Manage VAT filings, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Optimize accounting workflows and reporting structures.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the German market.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB), tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, DATEV, or QuickBooks.
• Language: Fluent in German (mandatory – written and spoken), basic English proficiency required.
• Work Setup: Ability to work from Canggu, Bali or remotely, depending on business needs.
