As a Regional Sales Consultant - Digital Grid, you will immerse yourself in the forefront of the energy sector, working closely with assigned regions and our Digital Grid execution unit to help advance our Digital Grid portfolio and introduce cutting-edge digital technologies into the market.In this role, you'll actively engage in a multi-cultural and international setup, tackling the most pressing customer challenges within the Energy Transition landscape. Your day-to-day will involve redefining the value proposition of our Service/Digital portfolio and scaling up the pipeline for our Digital Grid business, serving as the primary contact for sales consultations in your designated regions.

How You'll Make an Impact- Spearhead regional Digital Grid sales strategies to surpass financial targets.
- Enhance Grid Automation Sales Enablement, including Protection, Automation, Control portfolio, and Grid Management Systems.
- Offer support to strategic customers and devise tailored Account Planning.
- Act as the primary contact for your regions, managing and monitoring Sales pipelines to achieve order targets.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/business (Master's preferred) with significant sales management experience in power transmission.
- Several years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Portfolio Management, emphasizing business development and new portfolio launches.
- Ready to travel internationally to meet business and customer needs.
- Solid understanding of Power Systems, Transmission, Generation, and Distribution, with interest in Renewable Generation, Hydrogen, and Infrastructure.as well as experience in selling Protection, Automation, and Control Systems, and in developing business in these areas.
- Knowledge of OT networks and communication protocols like IEC103/104, Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP3/IP, IEC61850, Process Bus, etc. as well as strong network in Utility, Industrial, and Renewable sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to manage time effectively and influence in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams, solve problems swiftly, and bring new GT products to market.
- Demonstrated senior stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to exceed objectives and tackle complex challenges.
