For our finance team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious personality who enjoys actively shaping finance processes together with the team and who will take on the following tasks.
You will support Roche to backfill a Finance Expert dedicated to the ASPIRE project, ASPIRE is an enterprise-wide business transformation program that will harmonise all core end-to-end processes across the Roche enterprise and enable their execution from one standardised IT system template.
We are looking for you for a fixed-term contract of 36 months.
Your impact
For our finance team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated personality who enjoys actively shaping finance processes together with the team. If you possess knowledge in finance and are willing to accompany projects in Process Excellence, then we are looking for you to perform the following tasks:
- You are the driving force for process optimizations in the areas of Products & Pricing. We need your expertise to advance these topics and develop strategies and approaches with our teams to create reliable, compliant, and effective end-to-end processes for our global FDO organization.
- You ensure that our processes comply with ICFR, FGAR, and Dia guidelines, thus contributing to flawless compliance.
- You work closely with colleagues from all regions to identify, evaluate, and implement harmonization and simplification opportunities.
- You are a pioneer in the digitalization of processes and work closely with the respective process owners, Digital Catalyst, and team members.
- You bring in innovative ideas, push boundaries, and bravely contribute to taking our finance organization to the next level. You may also lead or be part of relevant finance projects and initiatives.
- You manage ad-hoc tasks, requests, and analyses from internal and external stakeholders and business partners.

- At least 3+ years of experience in finance, ideally in production.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SAP and other financial tools, knowledge in digital and data analysis is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in financial processes, ideally also in the diagnostics system landscape, as well as solid accounting knowledge (IFRS).
- Broad network in Dia, Pharma, and Group Finance or willingness to build such a network.
- Effective communication in English, while German skills are an advantage.
