Regional Training Manager (m/f/d)

A full-time position starting as soon as possible

  1. in the analyzation of
  • regional retail skill set levels
  • training efforts and KPIs
  • competitors’ client service
  • training trends and needs in the markets
  1. in creating
  • the regional training strategy in line with HQ training strategy
  • concrete and pragmatic training action plans (based on your analysis), linked to business objectives
  • a strategy for the optimal use of your training budget
  1. in the development of
  • win-win partnerships by synergizing with internal and external partners
  • local trainers’ skill set and performance (training, coaching)
  • ad hoc training programs
  • tools to help monitor & boost training results after training and in boutique
  1. in the deployment of
  • modules directly and indirectly to target audiences, consistent with Montblanc DNAand modern, fun, interactive techniques (style and tools)
  1. in ensuring success by
  • monitoring training results (quantitative and qualitative, short term & long-term)
  • feedback to relevant partners on progress, recommendations on further actions to take
  • coaching in the moment
  • shouting out success!
You’ll have…
  • a passion for education and knowledge of and ease with digital learning
  • a University degree in education, economics, psychology, business training, communication sciences or comparable subject
  • retail sales experience in the luxury & premium industry
  • several years of experience in program and basic content development
  • excellent communcation and presentation skills as well as strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • high levels of empathy and social skills and a team builder mindest
  • a solution-oriented approach, effective time management and the willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and English language skills (C1)
