In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support, ensuring our users have a seamless IT experience.

What you'll do:

• Act as the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, resolving them creatively and efficiently.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Handle hardware and software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
• Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.

What you'll need:

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
