For our client, we are exclusively seeking a DirectorTreasury (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Advise international subsidiaries on treasury matters and identify and manage risks such as currency, liquidity, interest rate, and counterparty risks
• Develop and implement strategies and tools for risk mitigation, and conduct and trade relevant financial instruments
• Monitor the daily cash flow of the corporate group and prepare weekly and monthly cash flow and liquidity reports
• Ensure proper document management in the treasury in accordance with financial and legal requirements
• Regularly report on treasury results, risk exposure, and compliance, including providing management information and initiating corrective actions
• Build and maintain relationships with financial partners and negotiate financial transactions within the framework of internal approvals
• Regularly reconcile balance sheets with the treasury management system and develop and maintain the in-house bank
• Optimize and digitize treasury processes as a Business Process Owner
• Contribute to strategic planning and lead, motivate, and assess the performance of the team, including supporting the professional development of employees

• Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of treasury
• Extensive experience with treasury management systems, ideally TM5
• In-depth understanding of financial products, financial derivatives, and global financial markets
• Experience in digitalization and process innovation
• Good knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Industry experience in the automotive or industrial sector is desirable
