Working Student HR

Your Job

Data entry and maintenance
Creation of certificates, testimonials and other documents
Support with the organization of employee events (e.g. company runs, children's Christmas parties)
Maintenance of personnel files, filing of documents
Support with the implementation of the new HR information software (Workday)

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or similar and interest in human resources work
Safe handling of common software
Conscientious and discreet handling of confidential data
Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
Very good knowledge of German and English
