Interim Acountant & ERP Project Support (m/w/d)

On behalf of our client based in Berlin we are looking for an Interim Accountant / ERP Project Support (m/f/d) Industry: Metals and processing Start: October 1st Project length: 1 year Model: Fully On Site English: Working Professional

Tasks:

New ERP implementation in Europe:

• Support of project coordination incl. take-over of administrative tasks (planning of meetings, etc.)
• Organization and documentation of the project tasks
• Participation in meetings incl. preparation of meeting minutes
• Support of the team across Europe regarding various project tasks incl. after Go-Live phase

Group Accounting:

• Support of various ad-hoc requests from HQ and the European plants
• Co-operation and support in the annual audit of the Group companies, incl. IT audit for the ERP project
• Establishing and enforcing proper Group-related accounting methods, principles and policies as well as a chart of accounts
• Continuous identification of opportunities to improve internal processes with regard to the quality of accounting, internal control, efficiency of systems, etc.

Qualifications:

• Good SAP knowledge, preferably S/4 HANA
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working combined with a high level of commitment
• Fluent in written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
• Solution-oriented, structured and love working in a team
