• Take on an expert role for complex ERP solutions and processes in the fields of E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services or Finance
• Independently conduct and manage ERP implementation projects based on Odoo
• Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, and adeptly handle escalations
• Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
• Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution

• At least 2 years of work experience with 1 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant or IT Consultant
• Experience with business IT and processes in any field, ideally Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS or Finance
• Higher education in a business or IT-related field
• Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
• Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
• English & German language fluency of C1 is required
