Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) - Manufacturing

• Take on an expert role for complex ERP solutions and processes in the field of Manufacturing
• Independently conduct and manage large-scale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo
• Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, and adeptly handle escalations
• Professionally lead and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants fostering their professional growth and development
• Constantly shape and improve our internal business processes for an entire business unit
• Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
• Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution

• At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant or IT Consultant
• Experience with business IT and processes in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, in any field, or within the broader context of Manufacturing and Production
• Higher education in a business or IT-related field
• Hands-on experience in leadership and mentoring
• Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
• Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
• English & German language fluency of C1 is required
