The Straumann Group is growing, and we are looking for a forward-looking Talent Acquisition Partner to enable our growth ambitions across Germany. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be responsible for end to end hiring across Germany. You will be consulting with the business to support active hiring and pipelining for future capability needs. You would partner closely with Talent Acquisition Lead HQ to deliver proactive talent sourcing initiatives to meet business growth objectives.

You would be accountable for ensuring delivery across all requisitions – many in R&D, Manufacturing, Software Development, and a range of Support Functions.

The Global Talent Acquisition organization is going through transformation. Investments are being made into a new global hiring model, new global hiring process, new social media strategy, CRM and other new technology. You would support the transformation in Germany supporting implementation, change management / coaching Managers, driving model adoption in HR, ensuring compliance, and providing new TA service deliverables (pipelining, direct sourcing, employer branding), hiring manager interview training / brand ambassadorship, etc.

What we are looking for …
  • Someone who is comfortable working in collaboration with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on securing the best talent available in the market based on real time & historical market analytics while looking at the future potential of the candidate and how it aligns with Straumann’s growth strategy.
  • Experience in supporting volume and/or niche vacancies, in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience in carrying requisitions across various functions and levels.
  • Someone who is passionate about delivering impact, who can connect dots by understanding business needs, advise on market trends and use business consulting skills to coach and drive decision making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and using Linked In Recruiter to hunt for and engage purple squirrels.
  • An understanding of external talent demographics, to be able to tell stories / develop targeted marketing tactics describing our purpose, growth opportunities and impact on the world. Encouraging leaders and employees to be brand ambassadors in video, web and social.
  • A champion of diversity and inclusion, coaching managers to think broadly about “who” and “how” they hire understanding the value of diverse teams and mindsets.
  • Demonstrated expertise with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, internal talent data, etc) to support new tech implementation.
  • Experience in training and mentoring new hires with overall recruitment process.
  • Ability to work within a team structure that values and adheres to KPIs and process efficiency in order to deliver best in class service to our hiring managers and business leaders
  • Ability to travel 20-30% across Germany to support the business and company initiatives globally
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 -7 years in Talent Acquisition with a mixture of agency and corporate experience with exposure to full lifecycle recruitment supporting commercial, manufacturing, IT, and finance.
  • business fluent English and German
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with providing Talent Acquisition advisory to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders during the recruitment process by using data analytics and influencing skills in helping them to secure top talent for their team.
  • Experience in Executive / management hiring with a track record of direct sourcing.
  • Proficiency using Linked In Recruiter to hunt for and engage purple squirrels.
  • Strong time management skills in setting priorities that contribute to the value creation for self and overall success of team
  • Interviewing, assessment and selection champion. Coaching leaders and HR professionals about how to select talent for both “need now” and future capabilities.
  • Experience in designing marketing campaigns to attract talent.
  • Agency / Search Firm supplier management and terms negotiation.
