Resident Engineer I Bremen, Sindelfingen, or Rastatt

ACCU EMEA, a part of the Accu Service Group, is seeking talented Resident Engineers for a 3-month Service Provider Agreement in Germany! If you're an expert in supply chain quality management and ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

We can tailor third-party warehousing and logistics solutions to fit your specific business needs, mainly in the automotive, consumer electronics, electromechanical, renewable, e-mobility/e-battery, and aerospace industries.

Job Description:

• On-site client support at assembly and delivery factories
• Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours after the problem issue occurs: arrive on site to confirm the specific fault situation, provide feedback to the customer service engineer, and fill the on-site survey list and take a related detailed image
• Inspect and address product anomalies (rework, selection, return, etc.)
• Communicate with customer SQE teams and manage complaint logs
• Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues in collaboration with customer service engineers

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or power battery industries
• Proficiency with electronic/electrical testing equipment (multimeter, CAN box, wire harness,..)
• Knowledge of high-voltage EV battery systems is a plus
• European resident with Class 2 electrician certification (preferred)
• Fluent in German and then in English or Chinese
• Valid driver’s license
