Work of special value: Your commitment with us- You will assume technical responsibility for the design, documentation and further development of the service level management process for IT services at the Bundesbank and the ESCB.
- You will assume technical responsibility for process-supporting tools
- You create service level agreements for IT services in collaboration with the departments responsible for the product.
- You will also represent the process manager internally and externally.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study with an IT focus or comparable knowledge from many years of professional experience
- Good knowledge and experience in the field of IT service management (ideally in the IT service processes of service level management and service reporting) and in particular in the areas of IT organization, formulation of technical requirements and concepts and their implementation
- Experience in IT operations is an advantage
- Confident demeanor, negotiating skills and strong persuasiveness, also with regard to the pursuit of common and overarching goals
- Good written and spoken German and English skills

Remuneration & prospects Remuneration in line with the TVöD on the basis of pay grade E 12, plus bank allowance, future-oriented job in the public sector with reliable working conditions, permanent employment, varied tasks, basic possibility of becoming a civil servant, possibility of continuing an existing civil servant relationship (up to A 12)
