• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and similar) or Business Administration Degree
• Several years of experience in supply chain or technical project management roles
• Ideally knowledge in the field of component production
• Fluent in English (Fluency in German would be desirable)
• Excellent communications and leadership maturity
• Ability to build trust and consensus and secure commitment from all team members
• Understanding and reflection of impact of leadership style on team dynamics
• Willingness to take risks in decision making
• Can-do mindset, ability to understand and analyze a problem and come up with solutions
• Customer-centric with a broad understanding of the business environment
• Eager to learn and adopt the style to a rapidly changing environment
• Team spirit, ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel on demand within Germany for supplier visits (max. once per month)
