- experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration (or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in supply chain or technical project management, including several years in a tech-driven industry (aerospace or automotive)
- Experience in New Product Introduction and serial production
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to build trust and lead workshops
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing start-up environment, team-oriented and resilient
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
- Willingness to travel within the EU and globally (max. once per month)
