Duronic is a global brand based in Romford, UK as well as Ratingen, Germany. We began in 2005 producing consumer and home products and have since expanded in to Health, Home, Kitchen and business products. We sell online, to resellers and to wholesalers in throughout Europe.
The first contract will therefore be a 6 months contract, we will then review your performance and decide if you will be permanently part of the team.
Tasks will include:- Customer service for both B2C and B2B
- Translating / proofreading / producing documents into Italian
- Helping with the business side, including promotions, prices, fulfillment, ETC
The position can be full time if support can be dedicated towards the spanish account. A strong level of spanish is not necessary needed, but a good understanding of it would naturally be beneficial.
Beware the role is dynamic as you will be part of a multi-lingual team, we will make sure you perform to the best of your abilities but it takes a bit of a can-do attitude to really perform well.The main quality we are looking for is a genuine interest in directly increasing sales by improving the content and mechanics of the product listings as well as helping with all the aspects of making the Italian platform successful.
Our working hours are in between 8h and 17h Monday to Friday.
