- (Neu) Kunden:innen gewinnen, (Bestands) Kunden:innen auf- und ausbauen und betreuen
- Du übernimmst die komplette Kundenkommunikation und bist das Gesicht und die Stimme von emagine
- Du baust in persönlichen Kundenbesuchen eine vertrauensvolle Basis auf und erörterst aktuelle und zukünftige Möglichkeiten zum Geschäftsausbau
- Du analysierst Projektanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kunden:innen und koordinierst die Schnittstellen zum Recruiting Team
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für den Vertragsrahmen und hast einen engen Draht zum Administration Team, welches Dich organisatorisch unterstützt
- Eine gestandene Persönlichkeit: mit Stärken und Schwächen, vor allem aber mit viel Motivation im Tagesgeschäft erfolgreich zu sein
- Vertriebler:in, der seine/ihre Stärken im B2B sieht: jede Erfahrung in unserer Branche und im Vertrieb allgemein, wird Dir den Einstieg erleichtern
- Vermitteln, Verbinden, Überzeugen… ob intern oder extern, in der Kommunikation bist Du souverän und verbindlich
- Du bist geschickt in Verhandlungen, hast einen Draht zu technischen Themen und eine große Eigenverantwortung. Wir lassen Dir nämlich viel Freiraum
