Must have skills :

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on SAP HCM.
Strong understanding of Human Capital Management processes and SAP HCM modules.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
German language speaking and understanding.

Overview:
We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) domain within SAP. This role is crucial to our organization's success, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the Product Owner to drive the development of innovative HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

Must Have hand-on Experience in configuration in SAP HCM Payroll, Organization Management, Personal Administration and Time management.
Must Have hand-on Experience in handling and troubleshooting tickets/issues in SAP HCM functional technical areas
Act as a proxy for the Product Owner, representing their vision, priorities, and objectives within the SAP HCM domain.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and communicate SAP HCM goals, features, and priorities.

Leadership:

Lead and inspire a dedicated SAP HCM Area, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
Work closely with Area members, including developers, analysts, and QA professionals.
Experience in SAP HCM PY, OM, PA AMS support and Implementation

Requirement Analysis:

Gather and analyse business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes within SAP.
Translate SAP HCM needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with key stakeholders, including HR teams, business leaders, and end-users, to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing HCM features.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input for continuous improvement.

Roadmap Planning:

Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and HCM priorities.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize HCM features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user impact.

Preferred Skills:

SAP HCM certification.
Experience with SAP Success Factors or other related HCM systems.
Knowledge of German labour laws and HR regulations.
Previous experience working in a Germany-based organization.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to 500,00€ per day
