What youll do
Summary:
SAP is the global market leader for business software and thus contributes a considerable part of the worlds economic power grid. The mission of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is to maximize customer success by taking over responsibility for smooth end to end operations and lowering customers total cost of operation.

The Role:
Helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. This is an enabling function to help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey delivering Business Value and Outcomes in the form and pace that customer wants out of their SAP landscape.
You will analyze customer's business requirements, problems, and act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients and partners.

 •  Guides customers with technical knowledge through S/4HANA architecture, migrations paths, daily operational plannings, methodology and tools of SAP Enterprise Cloud services
 •  Understands the customer business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions and services
 •  Identifies and positions services of SAP Enterprise Cloud services that deliver value to the customer from portfolio
 •  Identifies top issues, define and implement the action items across customer landscape
 •  Designs optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
 •  Drives technology discussions, innovations and recognized as the escalation point for technical issues

What you bring
 •  Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
 •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, German is a plus
 •  7+ years with minimum 3+ years in customer facing role
 •  Comprehensive knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, SAP HANA
 •  Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load:balancer, virtual machine)
 •  Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions
 •  Expertise on SAP Technologies and Products with Solid know:how on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
