• Developing and implementing a global procurement strategy for Equipment & Machines Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and ensure that procurement activities align with their needs Managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, such as consolidating suppliers, negotiating better pricing, or optimizing supply chain processes Your Profile Academic degree in business engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or equivalent Several years of professional experience in strategic pruchasing Strong contract management skills Strong communication, negotiation and category leadership skills Outstanding analytical and commercial skills, combined with a pragmatic approach Fluent communication skills in German and English language. French language skills are advantageous.
