Tasks
• Manage the 3D completion of the V924 and the dressing activities of the associated V92S interface to programme, Airbus and other teams
• Ensure adherence to the schedule, update KPIs and prepare for reviews
• Creating and following the parts list for V924 and drawing list for creation, deletion and modification in connection with 3D
• Defining and following the delivery schedule and prioritising the installation of wire harnesses
• Updating the Labtrack module and ensuring the quality of deliveries
• Organising meetings with Airbus and 3D DMU team to get the go or no-go
• Final approval from Airbus before assigning the model to the 2D team
• Ensure maturity of electrical routing before freezing the 924 design and select appropriate fixings as per DMU team requirements
Qualification
• Extensive expertise on electrical systems and ATA92 procedures for aircraft electrics
• Good experience with secondary structure design and CATIA V5, DMU, VPM A350
• Knowledge of folded and machined elementary parts and configuration management
• Expertise in stress calculation, statics and general functional knowledge, Airbus procedures and drawing rules, manufacturing, harness installation and material selection rules
• Experienced user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good command of English
• Existing work permit for the EU
