For our customer, a global well-known technology company, we are looking for a Research & Development Team Assistant (gn) with English and German.
Main Responsibilities:
• Be in charge of the organization of R&D team related office activities, including visitor registration and hosting, business presentation, team event planning
• Support team members for all job related organizational items, e.g. travel arrangements, IT-hardware issues, corporate software items and purchasing processes
• Organize meetings and host international guests (e.g. reception, hotel, travel support)
• Interface with current suppliers in regards to administration topics and set up cooperation with new suppliers according to new business demands
• Collect attendance and overtime records from R&D teams and share with HR
• Provide meeting minutes and schedule manager meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics
• More than 3 years' working experience in an international acting company, including work experience in an Assistant role
• Understanding of semiconductor industry and related tasks for strategic topics
• High flexibility and motivated working attitude
• Experience and charisma in supporting top experts and managers
• Strong commitment to innovation, good skills in visualizing new ideas and concepts
• Very strong communication skills, fluency in English and German
