You will be based in your home office and will be responsible for assignments regionally and throughout Germany. Sporadically, you will also work across Europe and globally for short periods of time.
In this function, you will report to the Team Leader Field Service North. This position is on the pay scale (target pay scale 12).
For this position we are looking for a Field Service Engineer for the area of Eastern/Central Germany.
Your responsibilities
• Identifying faults and malfunctions and initiating countermeasures
• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance
• Execution and monitoring of agreed services of service orders as well as root cause analysis in case of warranty cases
• Collaboration in modernization projects Deployment in the on-call service
Your background
• Commercial technical training in electrical engineering / mechatronics or technician training in electrical engineering
• Ideally with first professional experience, we are also happy to give newcomers a chance
• Sound knowledge of drive technology
• Confident appearance towards customers, as well as a high customer orientation
• Personally, you are characterized by analytical thinking and your problem-solving ability
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• High willingness to travel mainly within NRW and Germany - temporarily also for a short time worldwide
