• Ability to adapt methodology to project or team needs and find a balance between self-responsibility and guidance
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and digital coordination tools
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills
• Strong portfolio of formats and methods to activate and motivate teams
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
• - Participating in the Scrum Master team to shape and develop the agile organization
• Embodying agile values, principles, and practices, and assisting the Product Team in implementing agile methods and best practices
