We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.
Your tasks:
• The Service Engineering Sr. Specialist will organize, review and organize printing for User Manuals as well as verify Workshop Information, Special Tools, Workshop Equipment and propose improvals
• The Service Engineering Sr. Specialist is also responsible to organize requirements for Independent Service Providers and resellers and make requirements for a platform for resellers
• The responabilities of this role also include interface with the internal and external stakeholders, and explore technical vehicle and system needs to ensure a swift repair of smart vehicles
Your profile:
• Bachelor or University degree in Automotive Engineering
• Deep Automotive technical Understanding on the area of electrical vehicles
• Proven Experiences (5+ yrs) in the fields of technical support, service Engineering and diagnostics with in Aftersales environment
• Big data knowledge, oriented to process automation, advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel, Project), collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) and understanding/ handling for application in the area of responsibility
• Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years)
• Knowledge and understanding of customer dedication and the overall business Aftersales business principles
• Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a second European language
